I used to work at the forum until last year, it’s a great place to work if you’re a student. Very sociable job and get to see some amazing acts for free, get to pick your own shifts sometimes as many as 5/6 evenings a week. They never advertise but just send them an email as they always seem to take on new staff
I struggled as a uni student without work experience a decade ago (fuck i’m getting old now), what worked for me in the end was calling up an old-school help wanted poster for a crappy local food production place. It was horrible, but it paid, yano?
I'd try hospitality agencies like Lime, they can be less picky than direct employers in my experience. I'd never worked on a bar before, but an agency in Bristol had me on the bar at Bath racecourse with minimal training. Plus potentially lots of shifts and more flexibility.
Good luck! I used to run a pub in the centre and always had 4 students working. 2 in the bar 2 in the kitchen
No experience was best as then everyone did it my way
I also offered one meal a day.
Good on you.
All the resturants and hotels seem to be looking for people right now.
Also depending on how much time you have before you need a to get paid job, you could volunteer somewhere with a charity or public institution for a few a while, then you have a reference and work experience.
Museums, library's, schools, charity shops, food banks, hospitals, etc etc.

It's worth noting that, with your job in Greece, you _do_ have experience now!

Have you applied at mcdonalds? A lot of places say they want experience but do take people without
Kitchen porter jobs (washing dishes in pubs/restaurants/cafes) don’t usually require experience.
Tesco

Child sitting?/ Pet sitting? Care work in dementia care homes?
Bath rugby is seasonal and a lot of uni students do it, it’s pretty relaxed and shifts are flexible.
Do you drive? If so, homecare is a good shout! Helping Hands are always recruiting, no experience needed - all training is provided
