She’s my least favorite trainer and she promotes disordered eating. I can’t stand her and in my opinion she has no business giving health and fitness advice to anyone.
I have noticed in a lot of programs that don't have music, trainers will complain that their cast is too quiet or not enough talking, and autumn especially does this. Like ...they are working out? I couldn't talk either if I'm giving it my all. It's very annoying, she does it allllll the time.
I really like Autumn! I also appreciate the "we're in this together" pep talks she gives, because lord knows sometimes I'm on the verge of totally giving up. I may be in the minority that really likes her

I'm the opposite 😅 I used to love it and then have gone back and done a couple of her programs again and now she drives me crazy lol
I like all the talking, it distracts me & it goes by quicker 😂

For me it’s when she talks about her disordered eating. Or her pre pubescent son’s desire for a six pack. I want to scream.

I have to do this with Elise in Barre Blend. Sometimes I cannot handle her cheerfulness

Thank God, it’s not just me! My friends love her…I love the workouts but the talking is too much for me at 5am. So glad I’m not alone!
I don’t mind Shaun T Jericho or Joel but something about autumn just drives me nuts 😂. Like she can never have a moment of silence

I just can’t watch Autumn - her outfits, I just can’t. Those skimpy sports bras. No thank you.
