Not exactly what you're asking for since it's a variation of the same program, but have you already done the 21 day fix super block? I actually enjoy it more than the 21 day fix program!
Edit: I would also agree with the other poster that Megan Davies programs are similar and I love her so much as a trainer too!
I love 21dfx. I found mbf too repetitive. But I’m loving 80 day obsession right now, the workouts are longer but go by fast. Some of the workouts do a block of exercises then repeat it, so you could easily half them.
Sure Thing or MBF. I love both but Sure Thing wins out for me!

So glad you mentioned the Superblock! I am doing it right now, and Autumn is just bringing it with the motivation! Also, adore Megan!
21 day fix real time is my first program and I’m nearing the end. I’ll def give super block a try!
