I wear the same size in AZ big buckles, Bostons, and Tokios, but it’s not always the case for others it seems. I wear 39R. I bought AZ Big Buckles first and had the 10mm space in my toe area and 5mm in my heel area, and it worked out as far as my sizing for the clogs too.

My tokios are the same size as all my other Birks
Same size works for me in both models.
