Don’t really have any idea tbh but I will say that back when the Spade arc first started, I actually thought Megicula was going to be the main villain and final boss of the arc with Noelle being a very prominent character due to what Megicula did to her mother.
While I don’t have anything against what we actually got with Lucifero, Beelzebub and the Qliphoth Devils, I almost kinda wished Megicula was the actual main villain of Spade and have Noelle be a very prominent character and be part of the final battle. Possibly even be the one that delivers the finishing blow on Megicula.
If I had to make one, it would be set several years after the series is over. Noelle was coronated as queen of the Clover Kingdom and Asta was made Wizard King, and the two are married with kids. With her as the protagonist, it would deal with the two of them dealing with matters of state while also trying to balance parenting and their own relationship. Perhaps Noelle would have to deal with some new magic threat with Asta’s help, since technically the Wizard King reports to the actual proper monarch or the Clover Kingdom.
I dunno, with this story and characters I feel like you got a lot of options.

Since Kahono decided to become an idol, someone else will have to become the new priestess, and who better to be the priestess of the Sea God than the one contracted to it? One of the conditions for Noelle's contract with Leviathan might have even been that she now has to become the new priestess.
With a story like this focused on the Seabed Temple, Kahono and Kiato would of course be major supporting characters in it. A Noelle spin-off with a plot like this would also help alleviate a major complaint people had about how Noelle getting Leviathan happened too fast and didn't feel earned.
Noelle would also have a personal stake in this story too. It would be revealed that her father was originally from the Seabed Temple, and that he was a priest of the Sea God. One day, shortly after Noelle was born, Leviathan went on a rampage. Noelle's father tried to calm his wrath, but wasn't strong enough to control him, and as a result was devoured by Leviathan. He was able to stop Leviathan' rampage, but at the cost of his life.
The revelation that her partner that provides her with the power that she so desperately needs is also the very thing that killed her father would give Noelle some conflicting emotions. Leviathan is a double edged sword. He may be a powerful ally, but he is also very fickle. If Noelle ever does something that displeases him, he might decide to devour her as well, just as he did her father.
Spending time in the Seabed Temple will give her the chance to connect with this other part of her heritage she never knew about, and potentially open up new avenues for her future that could lead her down her own unique path that isn't just wanting to become the Wizard King like so many other Clover Kingdom characters already have, or becoming a carbon copy of her mom. Along the way she might discover other interests and things she enjoys doing that she might want to make a career out of.

my best bet would be an acient city/dungeon explotation arc that goes more into the history of the world. like maybe finding an underground dwarf city and more of the incident were the gates to hell opened like a thousand years ago. something like the dwarves sealed one of the supreme devils that got out at the time and is now getting out.

Specifically for Noelle, no idea. But I'd like it to be some years into the future, and with a writer and editor focused on building on all the lore tabata gave us, in a more mature way. No tsundere nonsense... She'd be single after realizing that her feelings for Asta were mote a mix of 1st crush, extreme situations, and his impact on her that helped her grow...but it was one-sided, and she figures they are better as friends
The only character i Stan is yuno, I've never been a fan of Asta x Noelle...as ive always felt it was cliché. Yes she's had a crush, but what does that have to do with Asta...he's helped her gain confidence and inspired her, but he's shown no interest beyond being a teammate. I don't think their personalities really mesh, it makes sense as a crush given what he'd done and what they've been through, but that doesn't mean she should "get" asta

Main cast would be:

- Nero
- Kahono
- Vanessa
- Grey
It'd be full of girl power and each of the main cast would get major character development and arcs. Though the main arc that would connect all 6 of them would be that they broke away from what their family wanted for them. That's the theme that could connect them all. I'd also really focus on friendships among the girls and no weird love triangles.
Charlotte, Gordon, Henry, William, and Lolopechka would be prominent side characters, due to their connection to Megicula.
Now! I'm prepared for the down votes here, but I fucking love them, so Imma say what I wanna say! The ships would be:
- Noelle x Nero: a lot of Mahou Shoujo has queer characters, and the main girls in Mahou Shoujo are usually bi or pan. Canon Noelle is also bi and has a crush on Nero. I'd just focus their relationship more in the spin off
- Charlotte x William: both of them were dealt a bad hand by getting cursed by Megicula. It would be poetic for a guy whose face was cursed, giving him a low self esteem, to be with the most beautiful woman in the Clover Kingdom.
- Gordon x Henry: the guy who serves Megicula x the guy who was cursed by Megicula (well, not directly, but all curses lead back to Megicula).
- Grey x Gauche: largely the same
- Mimosa x Klaus: I've always felt that this was the best ship for Mimosa. I don't know, I feel like they can be a fun dynamic.
Character development for Klaus. I actually noticed that as he developed, he became more like Asta. Working out his body, being a lot more honest and sincere, etc.
If Tabata weren't trying to push Rizz King agendas, I believe Mimosa x Klaus would've been a thing.

A lot of the famous Shonen are in Shonen Jump, which usually has action and sports.
Also, Shoujo has a censorship problem. Believe it or not, Shoujo used to be darker and more violent than Shonen. Chainsaw Man and Attack on Titan, which are so edgy and dark that people consider them Seinen-lite, actually took inspiration from the older Shoujo. Mikasa kissing Eren's decapitated head was a reference to Requiem of the Rose King. Chainsaw Man took inspiration from Utena and Pink.
Though Shoujo got censored because it had queer relationships, violence, gore, and it showed skin. People started talking about how little girls shouldn't read that stuff, so they were forced to censor themselves. It's funny, because Chainsaw Man had a lesbian orgy, and Black Clover had a color page with Vanica's breast exposed (when she was lying nude with her two brothers).
