It fully depends on how you define magic. I don't know much about Fate so I'm gonna give you my personal definition whenever I use Asta in cross verse battles.
I consider magic anything that is actively called magic or something similar or people who use it, something similar, like Cursed Energy in JJK (curses are often magic) and sorcerers in JJK (sorcerers are commonly considered people who use magic).
When those things don't apply, I also take things that cannot be created or done artificially. Like Ki from Dragon Ball (ignoring that there is real magic in DB) can be made by machines, which is science and not really magic.
Like, quirks from MHA aren't magic because they aren't called magic and heroes aren't called magicians or anything like that, they can also be manipulated by science and technology.
Well quite easy to explain.
Castoria's physical stats are already a lot due to her being a fate character. Even though it's low compared to every other Artoria.
Even without magic Rhongomyniad is a divine construct . And Castoria has 12 of them. Asta can't possibly cut them.
Then her sword. It's made with the same materials as Excalibur but instead of fairies it's made by Senji Muramasa. So it can be said it is much stronger.
So I think it's obvious she wins.
Okay, you’re making a really good case, my guy, honestly I thought that asta’s speed and power could’ve been on par with her when it comes to the union form, especially since the power is coming from a devil
It really depends on how Anti Magic will affect FGO’s Magic because as an FGO player who has Castoria and went through all LB6 and seen what she can do through lore and description, she should very well be way, way stronger than current manga Asta because she has way more feats than him.
Though it would be interesting to see.

Artoria Avalon is comparable to Morgan or a Lostbelt king, Asta has shown he can nullify concepts like the intangibility of Lilith and Naamah but the Fate verse is busted as hell. 12 Excaliburs at the cost of her life destroyed 90% of Cernunnos' curses. If it's Castoria when she shot at Cernunnos maybe Asta could win with speed and negating magecraft, but Artoria Avalon probably wins
