Grab by ankle, use telekinesis to force push the head into the sky, effectively flying with them. Hit skybox, pull and hold head. Rotate their body until upside down, drop with them.
Run towards them, when they get close and ready to attack, duck and sweep their legs with a club/staff/whatever. When they fall, drop the weapon just used, grab their heads (especially if they fell face down) and slit their throat with a dagger.
parry into a disarm, knock them off their feet followed by a ground-ward stab. if they dont fall down completely and just onto their knees then i go for a decap (all of this using either a longsword or greatsword)
if there was a mod that makes soears fully go though an enemy, it would be to spear an enemy and pull the spear out their back or throw it hard enough through their body that it pins them to the ground and then proceed to retrieve the spear
(Stealth kill)- with steel daggers back handed falling from above and stabbing through the top of the enemies head
(Not-so-Stealth kill)- using a boar spear to charge ahead through the enemies stomach and raise the spear up and over
(Bonus Environment-wise kill)- when in the sewer area grab an enemy by the throat or shoulder, hold them under the water and continuously punch them until their death
Get a sword and stick in their chest and up against a wall and make sure you give them heals and keep them alive. After that slowly stab their entire body until they die. đ

Another one is summon an enemy by a table. Grab them by the neck till they go limp. And slam them into the table so it shatters. Really satisfying.
Using the stock of a musket, bash someone's face off a cliff.
