I mean, you did but people aren’t symmetrical and neither is the Blythe faceplate itself! If it really bothers you, you still have enough to work with here to even it out. Mark your plates with crosses down the nose to the chin to help you keep track of what you’re doing next time, but she’s really cute and I don’t think you need to shoot for perfection here. Call it a learning process.
You did great with defining the features! You could probably keep carving down the larger side of the nose to even it out, but you could also give her some freckles or a nose piercing to distract from the slight unevenness. Little details like that can make a big a difference

Wow I’m so impressed that this is your first carve. It look me about 4 practise plates before I was happy with the lips.
