To me these look like they are glass that the back was painted on, which is good because glass eyechips are pretty cheap on Ali and it won't be hard to do this because it's just silver metallic acrylic.
Im going to try to repro this, if I have the right mica powder. I guess it’s resin.
But painting the back of a glass eyechip with silver should do the trick also.

I haven’t made them myself, but I believe they are resin. I bet some on has done a YouTube tutorial on it.

I would try painting a few layers of pearly/iridescent uv curing nail varnish onto the flat back of a flat blank eye chip ✨👀✨
