How fitting, I got disease augmentation: the ability to enhance someone's existing diseases. I'm becoming a pathologist irl, a doctor who studies the causes and effects of diseases in the body.
Now, how this fits into MHA is not super clear to me, as diseases aren't really a big part of the universe unless you consider quirks a "disease." Maybe I can enhance quirks? Or enhance injuries from other people's quirks?
You are the pathologist here so I am not sure but if you were to spread the definition to bacteria you could make the bacteria that the human body has stronger making them have medical issues because the other cells can’t keep up.
Could you use it to, say, turn a minor scrape into a massive bleeding wound, or turn a bruise into a massive internal bleed? I can see a villain having something like this

I can make myself or others be successful in anything we try, as long as there's a possibility of it working. I guess there would be a limit and cooldown, but that's still super broken. At the very least, I could have made a lot of fights a hell of a lot easier.

Artificial Vessel. I can basically transfer my soul between different vessels. Whether it be a clone, manipulating an external vessel, or disguising my true form. Pretty freaking cool and would be invaluable in espionage missions.

Here's my idea:
Dark Fire: The ability to spread black flames through eyesight. Said black flames are hotter than regular flames and cannot be put out by regular means. The drawback is that it requires constant eye contact (like Aizawa) and looking away, or blinking, deactivates the flames.
Premoidial particle manipulation! Sweet!

Users become stronger, faster, more durable, etc. by concepts (possibly only single one) possibly unlocking abilities related to the affinity and enhancing the existing powers. Some users may be able draw sustenance from their affinity or even slow or stop aging.
I'm gonna interpret it as a general buff or de-buff of any one thing. The more specific and precise the thing the stronger the effect or more vague terms are weaker but wider ranging. Sounds cool.
Nanotech
User has nanotech bound to their cells, allows them to have a HUD in their head, make blades and repulsers. Nanotech also has a slight healing factor which will stabilize broken bones and close open wounds but won’t be a fix all as you can still suffer extensive damage which the nanotech will be unable to fix. Nanotech will also allow you to interface with technology and control it with your mind. User will also be able to have access to information on the internet and will be able to analyze other people and their abilities based off of surrounding information and assist in making tactical decisions in the field, you can thrust your self into the air kinda like bakugos explosions just not as destructive and not as powerful, you will be stronger and faster and more agile and flexible
Basically your Iron Man but you don’t have a suit therefore the repulsers are weaker your power output is lower and your ability to harness energy is limited as well you can’t fly you don’t get built in protection just slight healing capabilities (saying regeneration would be a stretch) it’s more of a patch that lets you take a hit and stay in the fight for a bit longer than usual
However in the world of MHA you can make support items to overcome these weaknesses

Quantum Fire Manipulation: The user can create, shape and manipulate quantum [[Fire Manipulation|fire], which can burn things down to the Planck scale. This means the user can burn practically anything with this form of fire.
That’s cool I guess, basically fire that can destroy everything since it works within the molecular scale. Supposedly hard to use and master because of its cosmic nature and destructive properties so hopefully I won’t accidentally become a terrorist while training or after awakening it.

It’s very vague but how about you can become a being that represents both sides of one thing you get. Like if you get fire you are made of both fire and ice. However it’s not voluntary of what you transform into and when you transform you also have to be touching whatever you transform into.
You aren’t a planet you can manipulate a biome and anything in it. As a drawback it’s gradual and has a range of 10km so over a few weeks time you can make all of the tress in the forest stop growing.
Ballistic Hand Blasts: The power to generate and emit oversized/destructive attacks from one's hands. Variation of Oversized Attacks. Ballistic Version of Hand Blasts and Finger Blasts.

The result is more off a Group Addition quirk than a Group Creation, but I like the limitations.

Quirk: Intuitive Replication
I can copy the Quirks of others and intuitively understand how to use them, to the point of sometimes knowing how to use them more effectively than & in ways unknown to their original user (but not in ways *impossible* for their original user to use).
This Quirk is similar to Monoma's but doesn't require physical contact. I can sense the Quirks of others & replicate them as long as their users are within a certain range of distance around me. With training and practice, I can increase both the range and the number of Quirks I can replicate & use at once.
Unlike Monoma, because my Quirk is a form of *replication*, it also allows me to replicate the user's physical form. This means that I can shapeshift to replicate heteromorphic Quirks, and even shapeshift to temporarily replicate accumulation-based Quirks like OFA or Fat Gum's Quirk.
I'd essentially look like a "me" version of the original user, like I could be their sibling or smth. Kind of like Ben Tennyson when he transforms into his aliens.
The stronger the Quirk, the closer the user has to physically be to me for me to replicate effectively. Stronger Quirks require more focus, so it's also harder to replicate other Quirks simultaneously with them.
Superior Life-Force Power
Which they gave the example of Goku Vegeta Frieza Buu and dragonball members….. and jack jack from the incredibles. The idea is that you are a stronger member of your species in many ways. In MHA that could go so many ways. I think I would change it to adaptability much like Jack Jack if he were to master his powers he could adapt to so many situations and save so many lives and people! To me it’s a broken quirk because you could become as strong as peak all night with continued training. Best thing to do is help people not only as a crime fighter but could be a firefighter or a support member that can adapt to IDLH environments and rescue others while villains are stopped!
Pyric Communication
Can use fire to talk to other people.
Could be a great support, the team wouldn't need tech to communicate with each other and I'd just need a source of fire and be far way from everything

The user is able to gain godlike power by channeling the essence of a divine entity through their body to gain access to their abilities and knowledge. They may be able to communicate with the divine being they are channeling and ask for assistance when handling opponents.

Angelic/divine being with air manipulation. I think it'd be cool to basically be Hawks (so strong guy with wings), but with the ability to generate your own wind- that'd be strong enough on its own. But if you want to fully embrace the theme of Divine/sacred air, then the wind generated will have a healing factor added so that anyone who comes in contact with it has most minor injuries (like scrapes/cuts/etc.) healed instantly and major injuries with reduced healing time (like healing lady at UA).
You can have the healing be mandatory or give them the ability to choose whether healing is on. If they're a full support character and fully embracing the angel theme, then no conscious choice to turn off the healing- they basically can fly with great speed to any site that requires medical attention. If you need them to be a bit more action oriented and thus a more avenging angel, then healing being a choice opens the character to a bit more offense ability with the wind manipulation.

Power: Near-Death Empowerment.
Type: Transformation.
Description: Whenever the user is in a dangerous situation with a high risk of them dying, their physical capabilities are enhanced and continue to scale alongside the severity of the situation.
The user doesn't need to be in a critical state in order for this power to work.
However when the user attains some kind of life-threatening injury or wound, they can transform themselves in a monstrous form related to the type of injury.
For example:
Severe Bleeding: Tall blood monster.
Heavy Intense Bruises: Bulky goliath.
amputated limbs: A floating alien entity with numerous limbs.
However, they can only be in this form for a very short and limited amount of time before passing out of exhaustion.
Additionally, if the user receives a critical injury before their ability can strengthen them and they somehow manage to survive it. They gain a major boost in power alongside an adaptation to prevent repeated incident.
Death Removal
(User can remove the death of anyone or anything, including all aspects of death, forcing them to stay alive regardless of pain, infirmity, medical conditions or anything else. Even when someone is supposed to have died they would remain alive, but would continually rot and decay from the inside until they are rendered immobile, but they will still remain alive and conscious, regardless.)

I straight up got Amaterasu. (Dark fire manipulation.) Here's my idea: Dark Fire: The ability to spread black flames through eyesight. Said black flames are hotter than regular flames and cannot be put out by regular means. The drawback is that it requires constant eye contact (like Aizawa) and looking away, or blinking, deactivates the flames.

"Concept empowerment" Users become stronger, faster, more durable, etc. by concepts (possibly only single one) possibly unlocking abilities related to the affinity and enhancing the existing powers. Some users may be able draw sustenance from their affinity or even slow or stop aging. I'm gonna interpret it as a general buff or de-buff of any one thing. The more specific and precise the thing the stronger the effect or more vague terms are weaker but wider ranging. Sounds cool.
Nanotech User has nanotech bound to their cells, allows them to have a HUD in their head, make blades and repulsers. Nanotech also has a slight healing factor which will stabilize broken bones and close open wounds but won’t be a fix all as you can still suffer extensive damage which the nanotech will be unable to fix. Nanotech will also allow you to interface with technology and control it with your mind. User will also be able to have access to information on the internet and will be able to analyze other people and their abilities based off of surrounding information and assist in making tactical decisions in the field, you can thrust your self into the air kinda like bakugos explosions just not as destructive and not as powerful, you will be stronger and faster and more agile and flexible Basically your Iron Man but you don’t have a suit therefore the repulsers are weaker your power output is lower and your ability to harness energy is limited as well you can’t fly you don’t get built in protection just slight healing capabilities (saying regeneration would be a stretch) it’s more of a patch that lets you take a hit and stay in the fight for a bit longer than usual However in the world of MHA you can make support items to overcome these weaknesses
Key manipulation: I would research every type of “key” in the known universe and see if I can manipulate them from house keys to the Florida Keys.
In some other has verse with lots of hax I am sure this would give you a god key or something but let’s be honest in the MHA verse you would be a background character levitating a key or something.
You could use giant keys as weapons and ride on one as a hover-board.
Quantum Fire Manipulation: The user can create, shape and manipulate quantum [[Fire Manipulation|fire], which can burn things down to the Planck scale. This means the user can burn practically anything with this form of fire. That’s cool I guess, basically fire that can destroy everything since it works within the molecular scale. Supposedly hard to use and master because of its cosmic nature and destructive properties so hopefully I won’t accidentally become a terrorist while training or after awakening it. W

It’s very vague but how about you can become a being that represents both sides of one thing you get. Like if you get fire you are made of both fire and ice. However it’s not voluntary of what you transform into and when you transform you also have to be touching whatever you transform into.

You aren’t a planet you can manipulate a biome and anything in it. As a drawback it’s gradual and has a range of 10km so over a few weeks time you can make all of the tress in the forest stop growing.

I got Telepathic Bomb from someone from Watchmen for an ability The user can release an explosion of damaging telepathic force that shatters the mind or severely damages it. Users with little experience can only create tiny explosions that can confuse or even damage the mind of their targets. More experienced users have the ability to create nuclear-size bombs that can destroy the mind of anyone in their proximity. This seems pretty op if you manage to hone it with a hero school. If I start making things for a new group, then the old things would melt away like Twice clones. I can't group quirks or any things that is still alive, so the quirk is like Momo’s. The result is more off a Group Addition quirk than a Group Creation, but I like the limitations.

Quirk: Intuitive Replication I can copy the Quirks of others and intuitively understand how to use them, to the point of sometimes knowing how to use them more effectively than & in ways unknown to their original user (but not in ways *impossible* for their original user to use). This Quirk is similar to Monoma's but doesn't require physical contact. I can sense the Quirks of others & replicate them as long as their users are within a certain range of distance around me. With training and practice, I can increase both the range and the number of Quirks I can replicate & use at once. Unlike Monoma, because my Quirk is a form of *replication*, it also allows me to replicate the user's physical form. This means that I can shapeshift to replicate heteromorphic Quirks, and even shapeshift to temporarily replicate accumulation-based Quirks like OFA or Fat Gum's Quirk. I'd essentially look like a "me" version of the original user, like I could be their sibling or smth. Kind of like Ben Tennyson when he transforms into his aliens. The stronger the Quirk, the closer the user has to physically be to me for me to replicate effectively. Stronger Quirks require more focus, so it's also harder to replicate other Quirks simultaneously with them.
Superior Life-Force Power Which they gave the example of Goku Vegeta Frieza Buu and dragonball members….. and jack jack from the incredibles. The idea is that you are a stronger member of your species in many ways. In MHA that could go so many ways. I think I would change it to adaptability much like Jack Jack if he were to master his powers he could adapt to so many situations and save so many lives and people! To me it’s a broken quirk because you could become as strong as peak all night with continued training. Best thing to do is help people not only as a crime fighter but could be a firefighter or a support member that can adapt to IDLH environments and rescue others while villains are stopped!
Pyric Communication Can use fire to talk to other people. Could be a great support, the team wouldn't need tech to communicate with each other and I'd just need a source of fire and be far way from everything
Divine Conduit The user is able to gain godlike power by channeling the essence of a divine entity through their body to gain access to their abilities and knowledge. They may be able to communicate with the divine being they are channeling and ask for assistance when handling opponents. Soooo a type of channelled possession? I dont know how this would work in the MHA universe.

I think it'd be cool to basically be Hawks (so strong guy with wings), but with the ability to generate your own wind- that'd be strong enough on its own. But if you want to fully embrace the theme of Divine/sacred air, then the wind generated will have a healing factor added so that anyone who comes in contact with it has most minor injuries (like scrapes/cuts/etc.) healed instantly and major injuries with reduced healing time (like healing lady at UA). You can have the healing be mandatory or give them the ability to choose whether healing is on. If they're a full support character and fully embracing the angel theme, then no conscious choice to turn off the healing- they basically can fly with great speed to any site that requires medical attention. If you need them to be a bit more action oriented and thus a more avenging angel, then healing being a choice opens the character to a bit more offense ability with the wind manipulation.

Quirk: Immune (Immunity Change) Able to become immune to at a low level types of attacks and force but only one at a time. Maybe higher could choose more or rather then just attacks concepts or forces (not sure exactly haven't watched newer seasons.) Will have to know how to be immune to or what to be immune to at a time when fighting. Not sure how to make it good but not broken
Name: Death's Door. Power: Near-Death Empowerment. Type: Transformation. Description: Whenever the user is in a dangerous situation with a high risk of them dying, their physical capabilities are enhanced and continue to scale alongside the severity of the situation. The user doesn't need to be in a critical state in order for this power to work. However when the user attains some kind of life-threatening injury or wound, they can transform themselves in a monstrous form related to the type of injury. For example: Severe Bleeding: Tall blood monster. Heavy Intense Bruises: Bulky goliath. amputated limbs: A floating alien entity with numerous limbs. However, they can only be in this form for a very short and limited amount of time before passing out of exhaustion. Additionally, if the user receives a critical injury before their ability can strengthen them and they somehow manage to survive it. They gain a major boost in power alongside an adaptation to prevent repeated incident.

Even when someone is supposed to have died they would remain alive, but would continually rot and decay from the inside until they are rendered immobile, but they will still remain alive and conscious, regardless.) I'm just a straight villain how would you even try and be a hero with that quirk?

Description: The user can create special barriers that grant them powerful defence against attacks as well as recover any injuries the user has alongside enhancing their physique to peak levels. The user can also have a barrier around their body which grants them super human resistance against all attacks. They can share their barriers with others as well.
