Nobody cared back then, even till the late 2000s before 2010s, people didn’t have an issue and were happy to just see them as celebs and not Indian celeb vs Pakistani celeb. So many Indians got married to Pakistanis even in real life. I feel like even marrying into each other’s religion was easier as compared to now.
