Yes, you're right. When I initially developed asthma and it was severe, I was put on inhalers and oral medication which caused significant weight gain. Eventually, once the asthma was under control, I stopped the oral meds and lost a lot of weight. In great shape now, touchwood. I think it's unfair to criticise someone for their looks especially when it's caused by medical reasons, and maybe certain "habits" make it worse for him but really, why troll him for that.

The Ambanis may be very famous in India but in most other countries where people don’t worship the rich, they are not that famous or cared about.
