Most nepo-babies have been to the same schools (those schools have >85% acceptance rate). Every nepo and industry plant is part of the AD-to-Actor pipeline. Even Vicky Kaushal (not a direct nepo ?) assisted Anurag Kashyap for films. Only industry plants easily get opportunities to do lead-roles in movies you've mentioned and easily afford PR teams to twist narratives and present them as a great performer.
Of course hritik and kareena too are examples. If we look from acting perspective, sure ranbir is a good actor but not the greatest as the industry potrays him to be. His acting range is limited, can't help but compare him to ranveer
