Everytime kangana is mentioned in comparison with her contemporaries it reminds me of how she literally gets everything right but her behaviour ruined it all.

I'm a man, a simple man, for me all of them look dashing. If I want to pick just one, I'd say Kat looks the most elegant in all the attires. She is just natural. So is Yami.
In descending order- and I have divided them in 3 categories-
1. Kangu, Sonam, Deepika, Kareena = Priyanka,Anushka, Aditi(this category has celebs who are enthusiastic about fashion and they clearly seem to enjoy it rather than play to the gallery of critics and stylists)
2.Alia,Kriti, Shraddha, Katrina, Yami, (do not have a distinct style, conventional, boring and trendy stuff).
P.S- I believe Alia falls on the cusp between cat 1 and 2. She clearly tries very hard on having a personal style and brand (minimalistic and chic) but it comes off as very derivative sometimes. But there are days when she stuns me.
3.Sonakshi, Kiara, Parineeti, Richa(doesn'teven try), (Something is off, Sonakshi has hits and misses but her red saree look for marriage is one of my all time fav reception looks, Kiara comes off as very wannabe, sasti alia, parineeti is not comfortable in her own skin to begin with and style comes after body love).
I agree with most of what you’ve said & I would like to add- Alia B doesn’t really dress for herself. She dresses for what she aspires to be. Which is great when it’s your career, silly when it’s fashion & you’re a 5’4-5 wearing clothes for a 5’9-10!

I totally agree with your first point. It seemed like she wanted to be Kareena aesthetically at the beginning of her career and did very ornate hairstyles, jewelry and bubbly clothing. Somewhere down the line she started being minimalistic and classical like Katrina, especially after getting together with Ranbir. And now is morphing into Kriti Sanon-esque and Gen Z kind of corporate styling that de-flatters her usps. She does seem to enjoy fashion tho, just lost in terms of finding her niche.
Kangana and Sonam are some of the few actresses who were very bold and confident in their distinct style that they have maintained throughout. Even veterans like Aishwarya are so lost in terms of their fashion brand. In India she d be extremely invisible and in Cannes she d go for something outrageously catchy.

Best are without a doubt Kangana and Sonam. They truly understand fashion and have curated their own style regardless of who dresses them. They have pushed boundaries in their own ways in terms of the risks they take or the designers they have pushed to the forefront. They don’t need stylists to look good.
In the middle are the girlies that alwas look good but are heavenly dependent on stylists: Aditi, Alia, Anushka, Kareena, Priyanka.
Then there’s everyone that’s either hit or miss to being dependant on their modelesque bodies.
Last are Richa and Parineeta.
Kareena actually, isn’t really dependent on her stylist irl. For movies is obviously a totally different game. Kareena has a much more natural off-duty style than most of the actresses. DP & Alia are clearly the most stylist-dependent!

I feel an actress worth mentioning is the one , the only , Sai Pallavi, she comes with such grace with her saree on award shows and wore a simple saree with the simplest clip for her hair for her sister's wedding. And they did most of the makeup I assume. Tht for me , is what occupies in my mind.

Then there’s everyone that’s either hit or miss to being dependant on their modelesque bodies. Last are Richa and Parineeta.
Kareena actually, isn’t really dependent on her stylist irl. For movies is obviously a totally different game. Kareena has a much more natural off-duty style than most of the actresses. DP & Alia are clearly the most stylist-dependent!
i like katrina’s as she knows what works for her and sticks to it(looks FABULOUS) and i feel like her choices are pretty wearable for me was well. worst i think is alia’s as she doesnt have a style of her own and mostly misses w her outfits and makeup.

Kangana’s for sure, because no matter what she is like or says…I love how her sarees and ethnic wear always look elegant and comfortable. I also like some outfits of Alia, Shraddha and PC as well. But I think Kangana will be the best and most consistent one for me, because she almost never looks bad, rarely wears ill-fitting outfits.

I feel an actress worth mentioning is the one , the only , Sai Pallavi, she comes with such grace with her saree on award shows and wore a simple saree with the simplest clip for her hair for her sister's wedding. And they did most of the makeup I assume. Tht for me , is what occupies in my mind.
