Athletes are a different story altogether. Those who require more endurance have a vegetarian diet. Those who require more strength have a non vegetarian diet. It depends on what your body needs to train for.

Her body fat does not look low enough to achieve those abs. She got the ab procedure that all these insta models get. Her arms are not toned and her face looks the same. If she actually achieved those abs her face would be more sunken in and her arm would be toned.
