*The Lady's Guide to Petticoats and Piracy* by MacKenzie Lee is technically the 2nd book in a trilogy, but would fit your criteria.

I haven't read it yet but I know The Final Curse of Ophelia Cray by Christine Calella is sapphic pirates! I've heard good things

The Adventures of Amina Al-Sarafi. The main character is straight, but it's hardly a romance. Plus there is such a delightful LGBT side character story, I recommend reading it for that side arc alone. The audiobook is spectacular. I wish I could read it again for the first time!

I just finished and highly recommend!!! Couldn’t put it down. For the OP, it will give you your bonuses of queer/WOC characters!
