This reminds me of one my housemates in college who used to get high and go on these never-ending tangents that never made any sense or arrived at any discernible conclusion.
Used to have a housemate who was about 10 or 15 years older than the rest of us, and who would drink himself into a stupor most nights. He would go off on these completely incoherent musings, with glazed eyes and exaggerated hand gestures. None of us would have any clue what the fuck he was going on about. This clown really reminds me of said housemate.
