Crow is my favourite so I'm definitely a little biased but he's a high skill, fun brawler where you'll have to learn to play in different ways to use him properly. He's a very viable brawler and he's also a cool bird. I'd pick him (plus everyone of his skins looks cool)
Sandy is fun too but he feels a little like a Leon go me. I'm not the biggest fan but he is pretty fun to play with.

Who’s the best changes all the time with updates. Try all 4 and choose whoever is the funnest. Legendary brawlers take a while to unlock, so pick your favorite! All 4 are “great”. :)

Everyone saying sandy cuz hypercharge but keep in mind:
-Hc (hypercharge) unlocks at power 11
-OP probably doesnt have much trophies since they are calling brawlers (people/bird), so getting a hc will take a long time
So according to me it would be crow, since
-he is fun, his gameplay is unique and easy to understand
-he has a lot of cool skins
-he is an overall great introduction to legendaries
Realistically speaking, one of the new brawlers (lily and draco ig) will be released before you unlock a legendary, and the meta will revolve around the new brawler so you will have to switch to the new brawler.
If you're not a meta slave, amber is a really good option.

Personally I am currently unlocking Amber,but I have Sandy on my mini so these are my two options.
Well if you have 5,000 blings, Amber might be your best choice since her ice skin is getting a legendary upgrade very soon.

don't pick crow, sandy isn't really good in the current map pool, meg is only useful in higher ranks, go amber if you are just playing casual.
