the one for colt that was in the shop a bit ago is absolutely terrible and i dont know why they made it. hypercharges can pop up for 99 in the shop usually when there isnt an event going on

hcs are for 79 only on release, if you miss them they pop up for 99 2 star powers are 4k gold while a hc is 5k so you should just get the hc anyway
