I think it's because Janet control , low dps brawler. In aggro and burst damage meta she really weak + most of players like something like Fang, Mortis ( teamwipe ) or Piper , Colt ( high dps ) . I love Janet for always having to think strategically.
I don't think barley is forgotten but Tara she was literally left out of the og mode despite her being one of the beta brawlers, they gave Leon a spot but not tara
i feel that ash is sort of remembered by brawl stars and the community only for being removed. other than that he is kind of forgotten. a brawler who is REALLY forgotten is gus. PLEASE supercell GIVE GUS A HYPERCHARGE!!

While that projectile speed buff wasn't that impactful for Darryl. It is a good buff (again not the correct one for Darryl), since it let's you hit characters at a bit of a distance more easily/for more damage. This also charges super better.
Problem is, Darryl already charges super and when you do roll on someone, the projectile speed buff doesn't matter (you already deal max damage). Bull for an example would appreciate this buff more, since he doesn't charge super automatically (and it is harder to charge onto someone).
But a better buff for these characters is making the attack cones a bit longer and also thinner (and maybe damage fall off like Leon or something), making it more like, you know, a SHOTGUN. Remember, a shotgun has around the same effective range as a pistol or revolver.

Bro I was hoping barely would get some kind of attention soon. Then I saw the trailer for the unicorn guy. Barley done. Unicorn guy is a better barley. Why bruh why.
I mean, he's capable of countering one of his biggest counters with just insight and timing (first gadget and back up against an incoming Edgar super); and he has enough damage to challenge any slow moving targets. He's good at cover fire, and his super can deny the whole ring on a zone. That being said, he has a good touch of everything, at the cost of being fragile and a high skill ceiling when it comes to countering anyone who dives you. Both your gadgets work well with walls dividing you.
He's good, but I admit there are better choices if you want a brawler with those criterias.
I think the only reason people remember Darryl is because he's forgotten which makes him Less forgotten but in game I never see him which makes me sad as a big Darryl enjoyer
