I normally do 3-4 working sets per exercise. Then the rep ranges are different per exercise and I also train close to failure. So squats I do 6-10 reps, deadlifts 2-6 reps, hip thrusts 8-12 reps.

Yeah it’s exactly this, lift heavy and train close to failure. But I don’t really do anything to directly target my glutes apart from hip thrusts. I don’t really bother with donkey kicks, leg raises etc.

This is awesome! My top goal for years was to flatten out the back to the point where the muffin top was not hanging over the side of my shorts. It was so satisfying when I got to that point as I’m sure it is for you seeing your progress. I can tell you did really good, hard work. Congrats!
Yeah that’s what I’m most satisfied about, I hated the muffin top. I’ve gained a bit of fat on the waist again during this bulk but I plan on cutting in a few months, looking forward to narrowing down my waistline again.

Not actually sure what it was when I started but its around 31/32 inches now. At the end of my cut last summer it was around 28/29.
