I didn’t measure man but probably by 2-3 inches. A lot of my shorts are too tight now which kind of sucks because I’m very attached to my workout clothes haha
You know for me I noticed a difference in gains when I went from 3 exercises per muscle group to 4, so about 16 sets per muscle group. My legs and shoulders get a beating tho I might do 20 sets sometimes for each it depends how I’m feeling that day.

Honestly just killed them with a variation of exercises nothing really specific, just constant pounding at least twice a week. 4-5 sets each exercise.
