GL bajaj is not bad, you can get good placement if you just work on skills little bit.

Well if you have the money/resources you can try LEEE of IIIT Hyderabad that gives you chance of lateral entry into 2nd year and you will be getting a masters degree as well with a bachelors degree from IIIT-H. They will be asking you questions based on core concepts as well. Other than that you got the chance of trying out WBJEE as well(as there's no limit on the number of attempts in the examination) and try to get the top rank and get a circuital branch in Jadavpur university. Other than this there's also option to study math really well and prepare for ISI UG exam and get into B.Stat/B.Math program of the institution(you can get job in AI, ML and data analytics easily from here and you will literally get paid studying there. Also in Jadavpur university, the total fees for the entire B.Tech course is ₹10k and for IT it is ₹30k annually IIRC). These are all options if you are unsatisfied with your college and have the capacity to spare a year or two extra

Gymbosa21

Thank you so much I had no idea about lateral entry exams. Are there any other college that provides lateral entries?

Temporary_3108

Only IIIT-Hyderabad is a good tier 1 college that actually provide such facility. There are other colleges as well that provide lateral entry but mostly to BSc. and diploma candidates

Sorry to intrude into your convo, I was curious to know if the foreign nationals studying in indian unis can avail the IIITH lateral entry programs. Do they?

Temporary_3108

I guess they can
