But in general, someone with the same title, level, location, and years of experience would be paid within the same range, regardless of division.

There is a greater population of experienced people in 1898 than in other GPs. Just because their rates are high doesn’t mean they all get paid more.

Definitely get paid more, and promoted more just look at the Principal list. 1898 is where it’s at!
