So now I HAVE to reset my password which also includes me having to put in the expiration date, which I never received
So I’m effectively at a dead end because I can’t get any info without the info they didn’t provide
So I looked at the email they sent confirming I’m good to go, and they provided the last 4 digits of the card and it’s not the same digits as the one they provided for me in the picture above.
Called and they won’t provide me any details of the card for me.
This is getting real stupid
They probably provided the card number so you can access online banking.
You can’t access online banking without the expiry dates on the card, which wasn’t included, that’s the issue I’m having

It’s also Sunday so none of them are open, was hoping this would be quick but it looks like I’ll go with someone else

Maybe try giving them a call at 1-800-465-2422. This is CIBC’s telephone banking number.
