They probably provided the card number so you can access online banking.

You can’t access online banking without the expiry dates on the card, which wasn’t included, that’s the issue I’m having

Best part is I put in the card details and it said I put them in wrong (impossible because it automatically pasted the number and password over to my saved passwords) So now I HAVE to reset my password which also includes me having to put in the expiration date, which I never received So I’m effectively at a dead end because I can’t get any info without the info they didn’t provide

Maybe try giving them a call at 1-800-465-2422. This is CIBC’s telephone banking number.

I tried and they can’t give me any info at all, they sent me the wrong card number initially too, email confirmation had a different last 4 digits 😭

So I looked at the email they sent confirming I’m good to go, and they provided the last 4 digits of the card and it’s not the same digits as the one they provided for me in the picture above. Called and they won’t provide me any details of the card for me. This is getting real stupid
