Wow! It's refreshing (not good) to see a post with people being HONEST about this stock.
Have the mods changed recently?
I made a comment several weeks ago and got a temp 'ban' by one of the mods (rainy?) because I expressed agreement with the OP that this might jsut be a bad play for many.
I'd made my opinion known many times in comments before this - basically as a huge bagholder I am very sorry I poured money into this after making a nice profit at $27 during the meme run up. Now sitting on a huge loss and look at this as an expensive lesson learned to do my own due diligence and not speculate or throw good money in after taking a profit (ie avoid ignorance and greed).
But really surprised to so so many comments openly discussing their regret for this dumpster fire.
Good or bad, it at least shows this sub is NOT an echo chamber of "wHeN MoON?" and that some of us can be honest about our mistakes so maybe new 'investors' do their own independent due diligence before jumping in blindly.
I got a loss of abuse over the years for talking about potential negatives. I’d be more than happy to get even more abuse if the company and stock turned things around. But we all know those that have pumped the stock for so long will just go quiet in the end. Probably move on to pump the next stock.
Live and learn.
My biggest regret is ever getting involved in ‘meme’ stocks. Sold the rest but kept averaging down on this one after listening to strangers on a forum. Other stock sold to buy this has rocketed during the bull market lol.
It’s very easy to get sucked in to speculation.
I did the same for the first 2 years, slowed it and only bought larger increments on fear days that it had dropped at least 5 cents. Added 20K more the last 90 days to get to 60K now. Mine is long term hold as a gift for grandaughter who ins only 3............ I just dont want to look like an idiot in her eyes in the future it the value does not increase.
I regret getting caught up in a pump and dump. Absolutely. I also averaged down a ton during the dump. It hurts. It hurts a lot honestly. I feel a lot of shame when I look at my portfolio.
I still have my shares, and will hold them till zero. Worst case, my shares lose 73 more cents. If that happens, I’ll just see that big L in my portfolio, and use it as a lesson to not invest in SPACs, and to be more cautious with my choices.
It’s now been 12 months since I last purchased any shares. If it gets over 2$ again, I’ll buy more. I need Clover to prove to me they are trying to increase stockholder value first. They simply have not lived up to their promises. Seeing as we are near our ATL yet again, I have low confidence.
The problem with investing alongside retail investors is that they all look at an irrational price with disgust. What differentiates 'smart money' as it is often referred to, is that they see a misaligned price as a blessing from God.
Know what you hold, and remain confident in your thesis. The company will either make it and disrupt their industry or they'll fail. But the risk to reward at 70 cents per share is incredibly appealing. All they need is to show signs they're going to succeed and the coin will flip in our favor.
I can understand that, but the point I'm making is if you liked the company at $4, you should love the company at $0.70 cents.
People here should be cheering that you can buy shares for less than the company's cash value.
Unfortunately it's all doom and gloom here, day in.. day out..
Nope, I’m still buying. Within 700 shares of goal :) not too long and I’ll be chilling and waiting, will check back in on you all in a few months, and every few months, to see how we fare! Good luck my fellow clovers.
It can be both a gold mine and a complete dud. Another round of dilution in the future (not this year, according to management) could wipe out current share holders while having the potential to make piles of money for the new buyers.
This is always a question of timing.

Amazed we are this low. Makes no sense.
500mil cash and break even in 6 months and we are trading below cash value.
Imagine you had 500mil in your pocket and someone appraised your life worth 350mil. You have a billion dollar business that's about to be profitable and 500mil cash in your hand, but somehow you are worth 350mil.....wtf
The market is definitely there -- CLOV just needs to sieze the opportunity and perform and everyone can laugh to the bank, minus the shorts.
##### MEDICARE ADVANTAGE
**In 2021, Medicare Advantage covered nearly half of all Medicare beneficiaries (47%), or 27.6 million people with Medicare.** (The number and share of Medicare Advantage enrollees has increased since 2021, [up to 30.8 million in 2023](https://www.kff.org/?post_type=issue-brief&p=595114&preview=true), or 51% of all eligible beneficiaries.)
I have wondered if there was manipulation for options plays, but there really isnt that much volume and open interest in the options market. I have ~ 115k shares at $1. And putting a covered call on my position is impossible to fill and when this inevitable does rally it would ruin my profits.
Personally I think there are some shenanigans in the darkpool. Why are big institutions willing to trade most of the days volume in the darkpool? This trades back and forth daily. Something sounds off in there.
You could say CLOV has very low chance to stay under $1 so selling a covered call for .03 is a 3% return every month which I guess is nice. When CLOV does wakeup it will go will above $1 so selling calls feels like picking up pennies and missing the multiple dollar rally.
You are right I could sell covered calls on a portion of the position. I just really think it's going to pump.
I want my entire position to multiply.
Good luck we are both making money either way 👍

100% true. This has definitely been a learning experience. ANd not one I'm happy to have gone through.
Told you dumb fucks a year ago. This thing fucked me hard
yeah I def fucked up. I hate myself for being a dumb fuck.

QQQ and SPY are the ways to go, honestly. At 70 cents though, it's hard not to throw a few thousand at it and get out when it hits a dollar.
It sure was a learning experience.![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|table_flip)
I've had a few But then again, too few to mention
None
My biggest regret is getting tunnel vision on this stock, and averaging down too early.

Real regret is my entry point...otherwise, I like this gamble
Same.
Yep, but still holding 10k shares

Your comment is on point the only thing that I disagree with is that 95% of us did not buy at .70 cents as you say, is so appealing.

Wish I'd bought at $4....would make dumping this more palatable.

You’ll reach that goal and then set another one lol or at least that was the case for me.
This is either a gold mine or a complete dud. Time will tell. I AINT NO SELLIN BITCH

You’re right on this. This is why I’ll sit on my shares until I know that won’t happen. If it does I’ll buy back in after
ONLY THAT YOU COULDNT BUY MORE

lol it says “RAGRETS”
Probably the best GIF on the internet right now
No regrets. Just holding and time will tell.
Have been holding it gorgeous two years plus now. Definitely regret.
Been holding it 2 years also and even had the opportunity to sell when it was higher. To each their own. I’ve got a few more years in me to hold.
Very nice, you need to bring back that “I like it a lot meme”, and maybe change ur name to richdaddy instead 😂

In a 1 trillion dollar industry as well. Makes zero sense

Time will show that we’re not fool’s gold like they want us to think but soon will be a polished diamond to match my hands!… just my personal opinion
