First, go to https://annualcreditreport.com and pull your reports for all three bureaus. **Make sure there are no other accounts you don't recognize**. You need to file an Identity Theft report through the police department or FTC. I recommend the FTC. Information is below.
Once you file a report with the FTC, you send this to the bureaus. They are required to suppress this information so it no longer appears on your credit reports within 4 business days of receiving your information. See the links below.
