Waited to update, like always. Checked with others and they said it was good. Should have looked here first.

I don't mean an automatic update. I mean the game told me I had to update to continue playing it, so I updated and then when it next started it was in this New Content endless loop.
Only fix I've found for New Content loop is (1) go to dealership asap and when new content pops up hit back on phone (2) When it returns to garage go asap to map. It's not guaranteed but it seems to fix it, however once quitting game & reopening you'll have to repeat the above steps. It's one of two frustrating bugs that 5.1.1 has dumped on us!!!
Edit: It's been fixed. Hit OK when new content pops up, it should go back to normal after this.
One solution I've just discovered. Hit the Dealership button, before the garage screen fully loads. Gotta be quick tho. Then go back to the map, if you have any tasks to finish...🔭😳
I've reinstalled, cleaned cache, support were useless and said they would get back to me at some point , anyone got any ideas? Thanks 👍
At least there's lots of us so it's hopefully a widespread thing they will fix

It was a forced update for me, so I'm not sure you had a choice anyway.
For Android, go to Settings/Apps/CSR2 .. Then turn Auto Updates to Off.

I did it about 10+ times and then let it sit and went to play another game. Came back later and it works
And now it started doing it again.... Wtf

I cleared my cache on my phone and it is working just fine. I updated to the new IOS yesterday.
