My guess is that the tires aren't balanced properly. I have a similar experience at higher speeds when my wheel wells are caked in mud which throws things off

Are you sure the vibration you're feeling isn't the lane-keeping assistance? It makes the steering wheel vibrate and nudge a bit if you start to drift away from the center of your lane.

Sounds like you may have figured out the issue. Any type of vibration is not normal especially when the car is brand new. That was what sold me on my 2024 carbon edition. I was initially in the market for a used one with low miles. Instead I ended up with a new one and got a really good deal for my area.
