Two main questions/issues I see with A frames are lack of windows and natural lighting but can always add more but also love the idea of more square footage on the porch than inside. Any issues with that??

Yeah had the same thought, so we added skylights all over. The back bedrooms have big windows on the back face but also each have skylights in addition. I’d post more pics but this sub only allows one

It’s cold up there right now so the heat is welcomed but yes I suspect in the summer we’ll be sleeping in the basement some nights

It’s beautiful. We bought an a-frame in Northern Arizona in 2021 and are almost done with the renovations. It’s our peaceful getaway from the heat in the summer and anytime we need to just relax and de-stress.

Can’t speak for the human trafficking but that corduroy couch is pretty mint. Looks better than is costs and has held up well to a 4 yr using it as a launch pad in our finished basement.
