I've never seen it, but this sounds amazing right now.

Surrealplaces

I'd like a good Ginger Ale Slurpee.

Drunko998

I’ve seen Schweppes at 7-11 hundreds of times. And it’s a banger, especially with some Crown royal

lucic_enjoyer

Genius idea

Drunko998

Been doing it since I was far too young and it t was RR haha. But yeah. Summer fav. Slurpee with some booze and chill on the deck while the kids kid haha.

Dry_System9339

I have seen them but not recently

taiXiii

That would be good but I really miss the banana slurpee and I haven’t seen it in years

DrunkenBartender17

I think that was a Mac’s flavour before the circle K takeover. The good ol days.

AbsentReality

Yess. I got so excited when I saw the big posters with a yellow slurpee on them at 711 only to find that they were mango...

x-lounger

Cotton candy and also grapefruit slurpee used to be so good. I probably wouldn't like them too much now, but sure would be great to taste it again. Stir up a few memories.

Cold_Acanthisitta572

Literally drinking a grapefruit slurpee as we speak. Cranston 7-Eleven has it and it’s fantastic.

x-lounger

On my way!

AbsentReality

Cotton candy slurpee sounds good. Grapefruit is good they have it at the 711 near me

Japanesewillow

I loved the banana slurpee, I wish they would bring them back.

SaturdayIsPancakeDay

I've never found a ginger ale slurpee, but you could try making your own with one of those slurpee cups from Amazon...and you should definitely report back if you do!

paholmes

I just ordered one! 😜

SaturdayIsPancakeDay

Omg YESSSSSS! I'm an influencer 😂 For real though, I need an update when it arrives.

Curius0ne

Damn. Never know that’s a thing. Seems pretty cool

lucic_enjoyer

There pretty bad

FastAsFxxk

This makes me want a vernors float. Is that still a thing people do?

pheare_me

I can’t be certain, but pretty sure they were a thing when I was in my child and in my teenage years - 80s.

KidsKnees

7 eleven on the corner of elbow drive + Southland drive used to have them, haven’t checked there in a year though.

YYCMTB68

Years ago I was having lunch in a bar, and not feeling too well. I asked for a Ginger Ale. The barkeeper mixed 7Up (or maybe Sprite) with a little bit of Coke, and voila "Ginger Ale".

Beginning-Cost-7162

This sounds awful to me but I hope it helped you feel better!

YYCMTB68

I should have mentioned it tasted almost exactly the same!

yyz_barista

It tastes very similar, if not identical to Ginger Ale. A server offered it at Disney World to us many years ago, I have absolutely no memory of it tasting awful.

RedditAppSucksRIF

Blender slushy at home?

CakedCrusader91

If you can get a slurpee cup on amazon they really do work, you can make one at home!

Brandamn3000

Occasionally Circle K will have Canada Dry frosters. But I haven’t seen them there in a while. They’re delicious though. If you find them, let me know!

redheaded_muggle

I love Gingerale slurpees, I always get one when I happen upon the flavour. The only place I have ever seen them is 7-11, but it’s very inconsistent. The one in Douglasdale had it for a while, but it’s gone now. Good luck!

Last-Ad9708

Ive had gingerale slurpees, i really liked it. They are difficult to find.

jhallegallais

Closest thing I’ve had is mixing coke and sprite. It kinda had a ginger ale taste

Shib_disturber

Had one from 7-11 couple weeks ago. Pretty sure it was gone last week though :(

ArielRavencrest

I use to get them at the cove in MacHall. But that was the 90s. Havent seen one since

forsuresies

Should you own an ice cream machine, you can also use them to make slurpees. I use one with a compressor so it's dead simple with no prep work. To make ginger syrup, slice some ginger in sugar water and boil until soft, about 50 mins - toss these in sugar (boom, candied ginger). Take the remaining syrup and use as the base of your slurpee or us it on things like pancakes, as a topping on ice cream, etc.

sun4moon

The little convenience store down the street from me had them for a short time. I didn’t care for them, there was this slightly moldy favour. Could have been their machines though, I’m not sure.

tc_cad

I know I saw it as a kid, tried it once but didn’t appreciate it as cream soda was the most epic flavour and a daily cream soda slurpee was my thing during HS. But now, I like ginger ale.

HeyWiredyyc

With Crown Royal Apple! I think you are on to something

cdawgalog

Damn that sounds so good! I've always wanted a red bull Slurpee ;)
