You can buy matcha at the Cook Shop on 6A in Brewster. Not sure if they have ceremonial grade or what. They have the whisks and bowls too if I remember right. They have a pretty solid selection of Asian condiments and food stuffs that are harder to come by out here like good fish sauce, soy sauces, etc.
Snowy Owl! They also seasonally have a lavender honey matcha on the menu but they actually have it all the time. I think Nirvana also has matcha. I would think any good cafe does.
As far as buying the powder, I’m sure it’s at a few places but off the top of my head, Atlantic Spice Company has tons of teas.
Not my thing but my wife likes the matcha from Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters in Sandwich (6A). Coffee is good.

I will echo Snowy Owl, either in Brewster or Sandwich. I had my only matcha latte ever there and it was lovely.
Whisk in orleans. Just be aware that there is a detour because of sewer construction.
