That could be the AdBlue warning light or it is also possible that this light isn't for the specific model you drive especially as you mention it is not in the manual.
Edit: Nissan Note diesel particulate filter warning light (orange) - this light illuminated could indicate a DPF failure and needs to be checked out by your nearest Nissan or nissan independant workshop.

That is a DPF malfunction indication lamp. It will come on if there is a fault with the DPF, I.E failed regeneration, soot content too high, pressure out of range etc.
Usually along with an EML, and a code logged for the specific issue.
I think it's the drivers seat filter; a charcoal filter that neutralises all the farts that you pump in to the seat.
When the light comes on you'll need to take it to a garage to get the Drivers Parp Filter (DPF) sorted out.
Looks like a particulate filter warning to me. They have them on petrols as well as diesels these days
If you look up the car specific manual it lists all the codes in it, I couldn't even guess what that means

Something to do with adble I was in a lorry that had this light on and the mechanics said it was an adblue error.
