No it can't hamper the case. Porsche had already sent their expert team to look at the crash data. They have done a impact speed analysis and published their report which stated at the time of impact, the cars speed was 110kph before brakes were applied. Also they found nothing wrong with the cars braking or other related systems. They have entire cctv footages of vedant from leaving the pub to the accident spot where he was speeding the entire way. This recall from Porsche will not change anything
the dealership will eventually contact you and then either case you drive it to them or a tow truck is called into your home to take away the car with some formalities.
