For all of us, please, think twice before posting. "Look at my breakfast", "isn't tea nice", “DAE (does anyone else) remember X”, "I love a sausage roll", and “hasn’t X become expensive” are not interesting posts. Try to be a little more engaging with the community to keep the quality of content here as high as possible.

That's a horrible looking desk to be sitting at. The light and the shadow is weird. I hope you don't sit there for long. You're under 30 years I reckon. 28.
Because you write stuff in an actual diary you're either a GenXer like me or you're a millennial holding on to the "journalling" trend from a couple of years ago.
Going with GenX so I reckon 45 years old.
late thirties:
* you have some gadgets, so probably some kind of actual job.
* there is one empty cup - but not more than that. adult responsibility.
* your purse looks like that of an adult
perhaps early forties:
* you use an analog notebook (dude, WTF!?)
* you keep a postcard as a souvenir
* desk seems like it's from an office supplier
Going by your watch history probably going to insult you as it could be mine lol / 58. I don’t use a written diary but have a pad for written notes - as well as computer note pad - hydrating with a glass though - risky (I need a water bottle generally cos I can be a clumsy fool and the risk is too great - so possibly puts you in my middle sons age bracket - 28 (born old with cardigan and intolerance for twats inbred in his dna 😂)
30s at a guess. Going from the combination of several items of tech and physical files you're presumably comfortable with both, 30s is the age group that grew up most equally with both so more likely to be in that age group.
Plus, you have a desk. I work in a college, the gen z students don't tend to have desks.
