Depends on a bunch of factors. For my cats, with the size of boxes I have, and the number of boxes I have, changing the litter out every 2 weeks is about right.

I think it depends on the litter too. We were using one kind, and I needed to fully change that every week. The one we have now could easily go a month or even longer
