My tinfoil hat theory is that heaven and hell are both vying for control of chainsaw man somehow just so they can dictate who and what exists.
Pochita existing kind of outside of heaven and hell and being a sort of arbiter of Justice or whatever - we find him in the beginning all messed up, so I’m assuming he’s been fighting this battle a long time.
I just love denji and Pochita and want them to be happy but it doesn’t seem like it’s in the cards currently.

It kinda matches up with the timeline though. After all, Pochita ate the Other Afterlives devil. This could’ve changed up everything and caused a heaven dimension to stop working. Another theory I’ve seen being cooked up is that humans used to go to hell but no longer did after Pochita eating afterlife devil.
A true Angel came and defend the gates of hell from Chainsaw Man entering... I'd like to think that the angels are faceless being with naked bodies that doesn't have reproduction organs (because they're Angels, they don't mate).
Chainsaw Man could reason with the Angel or fight him, but I would say, the Angel is as strong as the Devil of Darkness as Angels are the literal light.

Yeah I noticed this too or maybe it’s just a rest of the monstrous and hideous from taken by the contractor. Later the contractor adapt to became more similar to the form they desired since the fire devil became more powerful. At the end it’s suspicious in both way.

As many commenters have also pointed out, her mole under her eye is also missing in this chapter. That mole has been present all the way back in Part 1 so I find it highly improbable that Fuji just forgot to draw it here.
It could just be a mistake. These weekly releases have little art mistakes here and there that get corrected in time for the physical volume release. I'm afraid she's dead for real.
Only way I see her coming back now is Denji going to hell where she'll respawn and maybe some semblance of her personality still exists. Problem is we've been told the control devil immediately gets bullied and killed by the other devils when she enters hell.

Going off of Fire Punch’s ending, I get the feeling that Fujimoto likes endings that the characters suffer throughout the story but they get some semblance of peace at the end. So I honestly wouldn’t be surprised with Denji and Asa being a happy couple at the very end

Devils can heal from major injuries but they are not hybrids, they will die from stuff like a decapitation. An exception can be probably made from extremely powerful devils like the primal but even makima needed a special contract to survive injuries like this
Makima had a contract with the prime minister to transfer all violence against her among the Japanese population in the form of accidents and diseases. The solely reason Denji was capable to deal with her is that he ate her out of love to become one with her. Nayuta doesn't have anything like that
At this point Denji will have every justifiable reason to just say "Fuck humanity" and just want the world to burn

I don't think those dots are even supposed to be moles since there are other dots sprinkled on the upper corner of her left eye and under her right eye as well. It's probably just some rough line works or something.

my take: the pain is an evolutions engine coping with pain is the name of maturity's game - that's what children learn first, growing up the Death Devil is about to decend into the world this is a story about life getting ready to face it the mc is on edge of this clash and he suppose to go through all kinds of pain to figure out if it even worth it
