Silver lining on this weekend. Incredible player at this level.

DWNY24

Turned down premier league football and more money to come back aswell, what a bloke.

I’m incredibly happy Rodon back, he was absolutely immense all season and was probably our player of the year. It’s just a shame that it’s tied in with selling Gray, I almost wish they announced it tomorrow just so it won’t be so synonymous with selling our best academy product in over 2 decades

Mikko85

After he did so well on loan I genuinely believed he'd be turning out every week in the Premier League this season - with us if we went up, but elsewhere if not. The thought of him returning on a permanent is fantastic, much more than a silver lining. As long as we keep signing players of this calibre we'll be fine. If Skipp follows him here even more so (I can dream)

xdlols

Do you think skipp would offer much different to Kamara?

Mikko85

That’s a good point - think it’s easy to underestimate Kamara, so although gut instinct says yes, with Ampadu, Kamara and Gruev there CM probably isn’t a priority position compared to others.

The_L666ds

At this point I’d just take any central midfielder who has a passing range superior to a sucked mango.

BTbenTR

I like Kamara but Skipp is an instant upgrade.

xdlols

In what sense? Genuine question. Similar player but just more skilled?
