Worked at a Real Estate company before. Ako nag-aasikaso ng permits ng construction sa amin and one of my dilemmas always is laging nauuna ang construction ng bahay kaysa pag-aasikaso ng permit. Nakakafrustrate kasi kahit gusto mo na maayos and ready lagi ang permits, the company itself cannot follow the simple instruction. Permit muna bago construct dapat, as always.

Worked at a Real Estate company before. Ako nag-aasikaso ng permits ng construction sa amin and one of my dilemmas always is laging nauuna ang construction ng bahay kaysa pag-aasikaso ng permit. Nakakafrustrate kasi kahit gusto mo na maayos and ready lagi ang permits, the company itself cannot follow the simple instruction. Permit muna bago construct dapat, as always.

But if ever I’ll be tagged as a member of cult dahil I’m impressed by how Vico handle things, I’ll embrace it with open arms. Kahit ba nakakalungkot lang kasi what Vico does should be kung ano talaga ang gawa ng isang politiko. Sadly, sanay kasi tayo sa mga public servents that sucks. Be careful claiming na walang syang critics. I’m from Pasig, in a baranggay that didn’t like him dahil he is not “man enough” and hindi makalusot yung mga “fixers” or “lagay” to process things. Masasabi mo bang these people na ayaw sa kanya because of these reasons are reasonable? Pero to be frank, especially claiming that you have to be “that guy”, you just want to woke. And lastly, if Vico made a bad judgement call with that person. Thats enough to be tagged as "generally careless"? Im a working professional. More than a decade in fact. I'm assuming you are a working professional as well. You would have made me believe that in your working professional tenure that you never made, not even a single one bad judgement call? All famous leaders in history made numerous bad judgment calls in their days. Never they got tagged as generally careless as their main attribute. Its only just a matter how you look at the glass.
