It’s not a boys only club because whether you’re a guy or a girl, you can still get this badge. The naming isn’t very good as it advertises for a narrow audience, but they aren’t stopping women from getting the badge. They might be operating on the mentality that “you can be one of the boys too,” which doesn’t mean you’re a boy, you’re just apart of the group. I don’t really like the name, but I think throwing out buzz words is a little narrow minded.
