Depends on the translation of the Bible you have and the type of study you want to do. For example just reading the Bible and you have Father Mike Schmitz Bible for a year https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLeXS0cAkuTPqFMtZQ379qdEmcfxO1SvXc&si=ROfQJXRqe-zfZ1T0

I'm very excited for you that you're getting a brand new Bible. Sure, you can get a free Bible app and download it on your phone. It also provides audio. ---------------- There is a Bible app called "**you version**." Numerous plans are available for selection. One such plan is "**BibleProject** | **The Bible**," which allows you to dedicate a year to reading the entire Bible. Additionally, if you are facing any challenges in your life, you can simply enter your concerns in the search bar located at the top. For example, "Learning to be patient." Then you will be able to view a list of all the plans you can choose from. The options are plentiful, and each plan is accompanied by a devotional to aid in comprehending the plan's introduction. You have the flexibility to switch between different plans as desired. This serves as an exceptional method to gain knowledge of the Bible without necessarily starting from the very beginning, whether it be the Old Testament or the New Testament. May God bless you and keep you.

I also enjoy this: [https://www.berenddeboer.net/sab/index.html](https://www.berenddeboer.net/sab/index.html) You may also like the teachings from my own church, I certainly do. It would be wise to study your first hand life and relationship to the world as you read it. Because the book itself is merely a map to navigate you to the territory. The territory being Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is absolute truth. The Bible is nothing more than a roadmap to experiencing absolute truth first hand in your life. By no means believe that the Bible is anymore or any less important than the rest of the absolute truth that life has to offer

Insightful reply. But I am already living within the Territory of Jesus Christ. I already know he is the absolute truth.

That’s good don’t forget it. Because the vast majority of Christian’s nowadays think their thoughts that they have collected about God by reading books and second hand information… are God. Most people pray to themselves in their own heads not to everything that is absolutely true. What exists then that isn’t absolutely true?
