Depends on the brand. Heineken 0.0 and Bud Zero are true zeros. Everything else has trace amounts, but I was told by my hepatologist that I can drink NA's provided I don't go crazy. As with anything, YMMV

Congrats. Sounds a lot like my situation including the NA's when out somewhere and the other thing. Live and learn is also how I feel. Can't change it, no sense beating myself up about it. A lot of it was fun at the time. That's over, time to move forward!
