Yes that is what the article says and what the governor claims but let's be realistic and fact based, all the possible money is needed for these projects, not $200 million less available money. Cutting funding to these important projects hurts all FL residents and for what, to say we have a fake budget overage to sock away and later use without discretion. Now we can't have FL govt involvement in climate change, as was also under Rick Scott, well how do these projects that are needed to help mitigate the effects of climate change going to even get a DEP grant funding them if they can't mention climate change?
