It’s all personal and subjective. What you may find over rated someone finds amazing and vice versa. Just because you don’t understand it and not a fan doesn’t mean others share same opinion.
I’m the opposite, I think JPG fragrances (male) are great at that price point, however I can understand if others don’t like them. That’s the good thing about fragrances, something for everyone.
I’m not a fan of JPG either but the sweet fragrance wave has been a thing since at LEAST 2013…if it wasn’t JPG it would’ve been Valentino or Rabanne or another youth-centric house
It's hyped up by teens a lot. I talked to a Dillards cologne sales lady and she says they cant keep it in stock because teens come in and buy them out almost immediately. My local sephora also just started stocking Le Male because of demand. I think it smells like a dental office but it's just another case of something from the 90s becoming popular to teens
Ultra Male deserves the hype. Anything else is just overly sweet. Even the le beau line, I don’t understand how everyone says they’re a summer scent just because of the coconut note in them 🤣
I’ve actually hated JPG for the majority of my life.. but now, only now I must admit that they’ve they finally won me over 😆🤦🏽♂️ after hiring Quentin Bish to make some of their fragrances they’re hype is finally begging to be lived up to.
While I share the same opinion as you, let people wear and enjoy what they want. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean every other person needs to as well.

I’m a BIR guy too lol it’s good juice but it’s definitely marketed more to young guys
I got a 5ml sample of the green one and i sorta like it but it smells a lot like Irish spring soap
That Irish Spring smell is like crack to me which is why I liked the green one, i also liked that dry coffee note in it
I like it I just wonder if I smell like 30$ an OZ Valentino or 0.30$ OZ soap
