Does T-90S refer to the 2017 modernisation of the T-90 (called the T-90MS), or some other model?
T-90S is pretty much an export variant of a T-90A.

I was wondering, why UA didn't salvage it to reuse it in battle or use the parts to repair their current tanks?
They do when it's feasible. But if it's not, then it's better to deny Russia the ability to recover the tank.

It could be low on or out of ammunition. Lots of flammables inside that don't always explode.
