So is he voting for Biden? Lol

TrickyJesterr

Essentially is if he abstains. Such an idiotic argument in this case, as if Buyden’s character is any better

RxDawg77

We really can't get people to actually represent us can we?

Dunkin_Ideho

You mean the same character that lied to get to the speakership on the basis that he would cut the budget and didn't do a goddamn thing? You mean that kind of character Pauly?

mayargo7

The number one reason the border wall was not built.

Black_XistenZ

Paul RINO has always been a tool of the Koch brothers first and foremost. And the donor class loves a steady influx of cheap labor and fresh customers.

Panzershrekt

Ah yes, the guy who left Congress to join the board of directors at FOX Corp to subvert a large portion of the Republican base is lecturing us on "character"..

newgalactic

I hate how RINO is thrown around to just about anyone who isn't up on the latest arch-conservative dogma, ...but not this guy. He's a RINO to his core.

TrickyJesterr

Agreed, people on the right that just started paying attention to politics in 2016 use RINO like the leftists use bigot/racist/genocide/a million other words they can’t define. Just means anything or anyone they don’t like, in their infinite wisdom. Applies here for sure tho

dont-CA-my-TX

Go drift away to nowhere with Mike Pence

Merax75

Paul Ryan proved back in 2016 he was a member if the uniparty by not doing anything to implement Trump's agenda

BlackScienceManTyson

This is the guy to blame for half assing the border wall

USA_USA_USA_1776

Eat a shoe Ryan.

homestar92

Politicians are just tools (lol I could stop this sentence there I suppose) to accomplish a goal, and that goal is enacting the sorts of policies that I want. I literally could not care less if a politician is a "nice guy". Will he enact policies I agree with? Does he actually have a realistic shot at winning (so no third parties)? If yes to both, I will vote for that person. I'm electing a commander-in-chief, not a role model-in-chief

TechWormGuru

Yep. Paul Ryan acts like Politics is “The Art of Making Friends” or some crap.

Sallowjoe

Presidents have to organize other politicians and speak with foreign leadership, so their skill in diplomacy and negotiations and general capacity to make impressions on people makes a difference there. Presidents also have to react to novel events that aren't predictable such that their pre-planned policies can't be the solution. Even being commander in chief is about more than policy enactment. There are some political positions where the primary job is policy enactment, but there are many other purposes political positions serve, and the president in particular needs a broader skill set and more general abilities to do their job well.

jman8508

Who cares. Back to obscurity for you.

GeneticsGuy

One of the greatest things Trump did for the party was he outed all of the RINOs. The fact that they refuse to support Trump, but will absolutely vote a Democrat just shows you how absolutely insane they are and how they never actually were Republicans. They were part of the uniparty. The uniparty wants Trump gone and will not support him in any way.

lankyevilme

More than want, it is desperate.  How  will they be able to run a McCain Romney or Jeb! if Trump succeeds?

superduperm1

I’m sorry but the economy, inflation, immigration, and having a leader who knows how to speak and actually do things is much more important than some arbitrary measure called “character.”

BrentwoodATX

Paul who?

BedIndependent3437

I’ll agree with Paul Ryan, Trump does have some character flaws. He’s an adultor, he’s foul mouthed, and he be-littles and bullys people. My question for Paul Ryan is, what have these perfect Christian Republicans who act nicer than god, what have they done to maintain our constitutional republic, defend Christian values, and stand up to radicalism that’s devouring our society and institutions??? Paul Ryan led a House of Representatives under a republican president with a republic led senate…first time in history thats happened. Did he cut spending and reign in the debt that threatens our childrens future? No. Repeal Obamacare? No. Reign in the unconstitutionl 4th branch of government? No. Did he put a stop to illegal immigration? No. What did he do? He spent his time sabotoging Trump So all we can conclude from this is that either Paul Ryan is full of shit and a fake Christian or he doesn’t have the courage to defend his country which is much easier to do sitting at a desk compared to the people who lost their lives defending the bible and the flag. So if you ask me, the real concern here is Paul Ryan’s character.

readerdad55

What this really is Old time GOP… hating on new GOP values. Kinda wish Trump wasn’t involved. Love this debate within the GOP to be more issue based and less “him based” That being said Trump being involved has brought about the real Dem party (and propaganda press) - the anti first amendment, weaponized Justice Department, do anything to stay in power Dems

GeneticsGuy

People like Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan, and all the other fake Republicans have actually given speeches about how it would have been better if Trump lost than Hillary, failing to acknowledge that Trump got us 3 SCOTUS seats. Could you imagine how terrible of a place our country would be if Hillary got those seat picks and flipped this court to the left? Our country is already in shambles right now with all the weaponization of the justice system. We'd be so much worse off if they knew they could get away with anything if they had the Supreme Court as well. Paul Ryan is part of the uniparty. He cares about the power of political elite and the establishment class, not about this country, nor the Constitution, nor the American people. Trump gave us a great gift by getting all these morons to oust themselves in their blind hatred of Trump.

Spaghetti69

No matter how crazy a Democrat nominee for any office is, Democrats are smart and just support them. If you are right leaning, just vote for Trump. Stop thinking you can beat out the two party system. Live in the real world. Do you want the left to win? No, then vote for Trump. I don't care about your personal opinion, I care about this country and getting someone more aligned with my views running this country. A majority of Republicans are voting for Trump. We need to stop fracturing ourselves and losing elections.

RedBaronsBrother

How would he know?

fdrowell

Ah yes, because Biden has all that Character...

TyredofGettingScrewd

He's a democrat. We knew this.

ObadiahtheSlim

Oh look, an Establishment Uniparty rat. No wonder he was the running mate of Mittens.

capn_KC

Unipartitarian. Yes, I made the word up. Feel free to use

slothboy

Remember when he acted like he hated the establishment? You know, right up until the SECOND he got elected?

Shadeylark

He says this as if anyone, left or right, is supposed to believe the morals of a uniparty swamp monster like him don't have a dollar sign attached to them.
