I will be able to replace the stove this week. I can use the oven for everything else, but I had already bought all the stuff to make burritos, and the avocados aren't gonna last forever :P
If you aren't afraid to use the oven, cooking it on a sheet pan is also an option. Many YouTube videos on this.
