Slice it down into ribeyes.

Daswiftone22

You can cook like normal, then slice paper thin for French dip sandwiches. Or maybe slice into individual steaks and cook them like that.

Could go all out at make a kind of pseudo-Wellington, definitely shows respect to the meat while still being a bit interesting.

I had the same idea as some of the other comments, maybe cut thin and made into some type of sandwiches. I love prime rib, it's so flipping good.

Some sort of steak fajitas with perfectly medium rare ribeye steaks, that was later sliced into strips. I'm assuming you would need to sauté the peppers and onions separately due to cooking times though. Or maybe a breakfast of steak and eggs.

When it's halfway thawed, cut it super thin into fixins for Philly cheesesteaks

...Hell, I'll take it. :P

Hold onto it a little longer, until you can appreciate it for what it is. It's already frozen- it's effectively in stasis. Or thaw it and dry age it, then cut it into steaks.

r/firstworldproblems (if these are really “prime” keep eating them as steaks! maybe dry age a couple and see how you like it?)
