We are in the path of totality but there is some high cloud cover. Not awful right now but have seen some talk it’s supposed to get worse.
Lamoureux Park will be a good view but that’s where the city’s main festivities are happening so will be busy. Maybe Guindon Park? It’s got trails right by the water that I assume would be a good view, if not too cloudy.
Guindon Park is heavily wooded. If you want to travel a little further west you’d have a more open view from Long Sault. Maybe check it out from the parkway?
It was phenomenal! The high clouds were so thin it was basically like a sunny day. Got to see the entire solar eclipse at Rondeaux park from start to finish. Thousands of people were there, and they even had music, felt like a big solar eclipse party
Cornwall is in the path of totality! 100% from 3:24 to 3:27
Awesome! And how are the weather conditions there?
I'm there now and it's partly cloudy.

Thanks for the info! Does Guidon Park have trees facing the south or is it all clear?

I've just arrived and Long Sault seems pretty cloudly
The whole area is cloud. It is what it is
