Begging for your life while being insulted and slapped is a very humbling experience. I know when to walk away, now.
Nah I've been there was a bar fight im a bigger dude and guy got my left leg quickly and dropped me down. He got several good punches to connect. I was able to push him off but took some trying. End of the day games the game and we had a few beers after. But was deff humbling
Thats one of the worst, because this is a small town. The next time i met him, he acted like nothing happened - like i was a fly on his shoulder one day.
Eventually we became fine bar mates.

I’m a little guy and would never fucking try a big dude unless me or family were in danger. And then I would depend on superhuman I-can-lift-a-car strength and a shitload of luck. The laws of gross tonnage are real.
Most people are shorter than 6 foot. Most people are also cool and just want to live their lives.
For some reason there is a type of person who is angry at god for -- basically being the correct size for airplanes, cars and the majority of clothing in stock at the department store.
Feel you on the clothing bit. I'm not even that tall, just 6'3, and it's so hard to find well fitting clothes. Doesn't help that I'm definitely more of the "bear" body type too (aka I'm a fat weightlifter) so sometimes I find stuff that fits well length wise and doesn't look like a crop top but it doesn't wrap around my shoulders properly so it feels/is too small.
Bro I'd step in between people and try to break a fight before it happens but the second I see the guy built like a brick wall raising his hands you bet your ass I'm dippin' the fuck out too lmao

I don't know what stopped Big Guy from walking out that exit door once nobody was between him and it. I am relatively large and kinda strong, and I walk out the door if someone *else* gets into an argument. I don't love any public place enough to hang around and watch, much less participate in, fights.
